Nonwoven
One of our materials is nonwoven. It is a textile material that is manufactured by joining fibers without the need to weave them or weave threads, as is done in traditional fabrics. Instead of conventionally interlacing fibers, nonwoven is produced using methods such as mechanical, thermal or chemical bonding.
RPET
Recycled polyethylene terephthalate is a plastic material that is obtained from recycling already used polyethylene terephthalate plastic bottles and containers. It is sustainable and reduces the amount of plastic waste in the environment.
Cotton
It is a natural fiber that comes from the seeds of the cotton plant. Cotton fiber is soft, breathable and highly absorbent, making it ideal for making bags, clothing, towels, sheets and many other items.
Polyester
It is a synthetic fiber manufactured from petroleum products. It is one of the most common and versatile our materials in the textile industry and is used for a wide range of applications, from bags, clothing and home textiles to packaging and industrial components.
Paper
kraft paper
It is a strong, durable type of paper that is made from wood pulp using the kraft process, which is a chemical pulp production method. It is widely used for applications that require durability, such as packaging, paper bags, wrappers…
Luxury paper
It is a type of high-quality paper designed to convey elegance, sophistication and exclusivity. It is characterized by a fine finish, special textures and a luxurious appearance, making it ideal for applications where aesthetics and the perception of quality are important (such as the manufacture of personalized bags).
coated paper
It is a type of paper that undergoes a coating or coating process with a mixture of pigments and adhesives, which gives it a softer and smoother surface. This coating can be glossy, matte or semi-matte, and improves the quality of the print, as it allows better reproduction of colors and details.
eco paper
It is a type of paper that is manufactured with a focus on sustainability and respect for the environment. They are produced from recycled materials or sustainable sources, and are manufactured using processes that minimize the use of chemicals and reduce environmental impact.
PEVA
It is a synthetic alternative material to PVC (polyvinyl chloride). It is a type of flexible, non-toxic and chlorine-free plastic, making it more environmentally friendly and safer for human health compared to PVC. Used for the manufacture of garment bags.
Characteristics of our materials
Depending on the material on which our articles are printed, we distinguish several printing models:
- LAMINATION: personalized items with process printing or with any PANTONE color. To ensure the best printing result, spot PANTONE colors are incorporated into four-colour prints.
- DIRECT FLEXOGRAPHY: Custom items with any PANTONE color. No printing with weft or four-colour process will be made on non-woven fabric.
- SCREEN PRINTING: Custom items with any PANTONE color. To guarantee the best printing result, when personalizing dark colored cotton items, white base ink will always be included.
- DIGITAL PRINTING: These items can be personalized with a digital format directly on the material. The colors are less vivid than with CMYK screen printing.
- LAMINATED SCREEN PRINTING: we offer this type of printing in 3 inks on items that are manufactured laminated, personalizing with screen printing on the laminate.
