Custom production in record time
Indra is a Spanish company specialised, among other thing, in organising turnkey electoral processes. They participated in the international tender to organise the Presidential Elections in Angola and, if the tender was awarded, they would have a month to have the material ready to be sent. They needed, in no more than a month, 300.000 sport bibs and 20.000 banners, as part of the advertising material to be used in the elections.All the material had to be made of non-woven in different colours and customized within the agreed time.
Solución
Maximizing our production capabilities
- We arranged the urgent production of the different products, in the colours requested by the client.
- We coordinated our printing and cutting production lines to maximise production.
- We organised the usual sewing workshops for the urgent production and we also tested external support workshop, following our quality procedures.
- All the material was customized and produced in different colours of material.
Resultado
INDRA got the order in the agreed time. The images of our production were used in the advertising campaign of their services at an international level. Our product was ready in time and was used in the elections. This was an example of collaboration of national companies to compete in international projects.
